Venice
The image people have of Venice is that of a city submerged by tourists, a denatured city that has lost its authenticity, its romanticism.
To discover a Venice without tourists, a Venice unknown to the rest of the world, like the invisible island that appeared sometimes in the Chukchi of Siberia when the haze and the arctic refraction of the ocean went away, that would undoubtedly be an incredible experience. But if tourists flock there from the 4 corners of the planet it is for a reason.
Venice is a dream, a city built on the water as if by magic.
It is a must-see destination that you have to make at least once in your life.

Venise compte 118 iles, Murano, Burano, Lido et Torcello sont les plus célèbres, une fois que vous avez choisi lesquelles organiser vous pourrez aller de l’une à l’autre en vaporetto.
Murano
Murano is well known for its glassware art, in its glass museum you can see magnificent pieces of glass and glassblowers at work. I had already seen these processes on TV and was not fascinated by the manufacture nor by the glass artwork so i did not stop on this island. You are free however to make a detour there to learn about a craft dating from the 5th century.

All in length, this 12km long island is located in the south of Venice. At the end of the 14th century, it became one of the first seaside resorts. Its fine sandy beaches and clear calm waters make it the perfect place to end your trip, being able to swim in Venice is unexpected and exciting.
I spent the last of my 3 days in Venice spending the morning in Burano and the afternoon on Lido Island.
